Brasserie Les Halles is a French brasserie style restaurant with locations at 411 Park Avenue South (between East 28th Street and East 29th Street; in Murray Hill) and 15 John Street (between Broadway & Nassau Street; in the Financial District) in Manhattan in New York City. Previous locations were in Tokyo Miami and Washington D.C. Carlos Llaguno is the executive chef his predecessor having been author and television host Anthony Bourdain.
