Founded in Boston in 1924 the Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA) is an organization of intellectual property professionals that has a membership of over 900 individuals. Primarily located in the jurisdiction of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit the BPLA’s members are a diverse population of attorneys and other professionals in the field of intellectual property law encompassing trademark patent and copyright laws.
