BlueXpress is the public transit service operated by the city of Prior Lake and the city of Shakopee Transit. It consists of three express lines Route 490 Express Commuter which links Scott County to Downtown Minneapolis and routes 491 and 492 which are reverse commute routes to bring people from the Minneapolis area to places of employment within Prior Lake and Shakopee. Pick-ups to downtown are located at the Safe Haven for Youth in Prior Lake and SouthBridge Crossings in Shakopee.
