Built by the Worcester Lunch Car Company in 1950 the historic Bluebonnet Diner is located in Northampton Massachusetts. It is named after Bluebonnet the state flower of Texas. In 1960 the restaurant added a dining room; a lounge and a banquet hall were added in 1967. The capacity is 110 in the restaurant and 240 in the banquet hall.
