Blaine Luetkemeyer (/ˈluːtkəmaɪər/; born May 7 1952) is the U.S. Representative for Missouri’s 3rd congressional district. He represented Missouri’s 9th congressional district from 2009 to 2013 until that district was eliminated as a result of the 2010 Census. The district contains most of Northeastern Missouri. Luetkemeyer is a member of the Republican Party.
