Billy Parker (born January 9 1977 in Denver North Carolina) is a NASCAR Busch Series driver. He has made 8 starts driving the #66 Duraflame Dodge’s fielded by RWI. He is the younger brother of Busch series veteran Hank Parker Jr. and son of professional fisherman Hank Parker.
