Bill N. Lacy (born April 16 1933) served as the Executive Director of the Pritzker Architecture Prize from 1988 through 2005. Previously he served as President of the State University of New York at Purchase. From 1980 to 1987 he served as President of the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
