William J. Bill Kinner (June 13 1914 – July 5 1997) was an American basketball player who starred at the University of Utah in the 1930s. He was a 6 ft 3 in (1.91 m) center who played between 1931–32 and 1935–36. Kinner was selected to the All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference all four seasons and he scored over 1000 career points for the Utes.
