Bhatoora bhatura or batoora (Hindi: भटूरा Urdu: بٹورا Punjabi: ਭਟੂਰਾ) is a fluffy deep-fried leavened bread from North India. It is often eaten with chickpea curry chole or channe making the traditional dish chole bhature.
