The Bhadra Dam (Kannada language: ಭಧ್ರಾ ಆಣೇಕಟ್ಟು) which has created the Bhadra Reservoir (ಭಧ್ರಾ ಜಲಾಶಯ) is located on the Bhadra River (Kannada: ಭದ್ರಾ ನದಿ) a tributary of Tungabhadra River in Chikkamagaluru district in Tarikere Taluk in the western part of Karnataka in South India.
