Bernard Tomic (/tɔːmɪk/; Croatian: Bernard Tomić; born 21 October 1992) is an Australian professional tennis player who as of 31 March 2014 is ranked World No. 75 by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). As a junior Tomic enjoyed a successful career in which he won three Orange Bowl titles and two junior grand slam singles titles at the 2008 Australian Open and 2009 US Open respectively. In January 2009 he competed in his first ATP main draw event at the Brisbane International.
