Beloje (Serbian: Белоје) was the Župan (Lord or Count) of Travunia in the early 9th century a fief of the Serbian Principality under Prince Vlastimir (r. 836–851). He may have had the position under Vlastimir’s predecessors; Radoslav or Prosigoj (fl. 819).
