Barrio Planta Project is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established to provide free access to English language education arts communication and job-training to the residents of San Juan del Sur Nicaragua. There is no charge to attend the program. Originally set up to serve the low-income La Planta neighborhood of San Juan del Sur as of 2013 it had grown to include students from nearby towns.
