Barbara Wiesława Niemczyk (née Hermel born November 13 1942) is a Polish former volleyball player who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics and in the 1968 Summer Olympics.She was born in Łódź.In 1964 she was a squad member of the Polish team which won the bronze medal in the Olympic tournament.Four years later she won her second Olympic bronze medal with the Polish team. She played all seven matches.
