Barb Thomas Whitehead (born January 22 1961) is an American professional golfer who played on the LPGA Tour. She played under both her maiden name Barb Thomas and her married name Barb Whitehead (since 1995). Barb Thomas was a three-time winner of the Iowa State Women’s Amateur.Whitehead won once on the LPGA Tour in 1995.On May 21 2011 Whitehead was inducted into the Iowa Golf Hall of Fame.
