Back to the Future is an upcoming musical with music and lyrics by Alan Silvestri and Glen Ballard and a book by Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale adapted from their original screenplay. Based on the 1985 film of the same name the musical is expected to make its world première in London’s West End in 2015 the 30th anniversary year of the start of the successful franchise and the year to which the trilogy’s characters travelled in Part II.
