Babar Bhatti (also known as Barbar Bhatti)(born 14 February 1949) is a British actor of Pakistani origin. He was probably best known for the part of Punkah Wallah Rumzan in the BBC sitcom It Ain’t Half Hot Mum his first role.Bhatti made an appearance in Only Fools and Horses in the episode Cash and Curry as an Indian Restaurant owner.Bhatti graduated as an architect from UCL London and went into property business. A successful business man of his time.
