Børre Rønningen (born 11 May 1949 in Vikna) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.He previously represented the Socialist Left Party. For this party he was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Telemark in 1989 and was re-elected on one occasion. He chaired the party chapter in Telemark from 1979 to 1983.On the local level Rønningen was a member of Telemark county council from 1983 to 1991 and of Vinje municipal council from 1991 to 1995.
