Azarmidokht (Middle Persian: Āzarmīgdukht Persian: آزرمی‌دخت‎) was Sasanian queen of Persia from to 630 to 631 and daughter of Khosrau II. She ruled Persia after her cousin Shapur-i Shahrvaraz.
