Ayako Hagiwara (萩原 綾子 Hagiwara Ayako born December 16 1987 in Kanagawa) is a Japanese figure skater. She is a three-season competitor on the Junior Grand Prix placing fourth at the 2002 event in Scottsdale Arizona. She placed 21st at the 2007 Japanese Figure Skating Championships. She attends Meiji University.
