The Australian Shareholders Association (ASA) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1960 to protect and advance the interests of investors. It does this by advancing the interests of retail shareholders with government industry the markets and individual companies monitoring companies with the aim of improving both financial performance and corporate governance and providing information and education to shareholders.
