Augustyn Wroblewski of Ślepowron coat of arms (born 20 July 1866 in Vilnius died after 1913) – Polish chemist and biochemist author of the groundbreaking work in the field of yeast fermentation theorist and proponent of anarchism an activist in socialist organizations journalist lecturer at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.Along with Marceli Nencki and Jakub Parnas is one of the most outstanding Polish biochemists.
