The Augusta Exchange is an 87-acre (350000 m2) regional power center in Augusta Georgia located at the southeast corner of the intersection of I-520 and I-20 and is a 1/4 of a mile from Augusta Mall. Located on former farm land the center opened in October 1997 and leases approximately 800000 square feet (74000 m2) of retail space. Its main anchors are Target and a 20-screen Regal Cinemas movie theater. The shopping center is currently owned by Kimco Realty.
