In molecular biology ATP-binding domain of ABC transporters is a water-soluble domain of transmembrane ABC transporters.ABC transporters belong to the ATP-Binding Cassette superfamily which uses the hydrolysis of ATP to translocate a variety of compounds across biological membranes.
