Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen (born 22 January 1987 in Trondheim) is a Norwegian cross-country skier. She skis with the IL Heming club in Oslo near Holmenkollen. Her greatest achievement is winning the gold medal in sprint at the 2007 World Championships.
