Ashanta Baghphukan (Assamese: অশান্ত বাঘফুকন) (born: 1963) real name Tarun Phukan is the Chief Organising Secretary of ULFA the banned terrorist group of Assam. He along with five other senior ULFA leaders went missing during the Operation All Clear carried out against the group by Royal Bhutanese Army in December 2003.
