Sardar Aseff Ahmad Ali (Born 1940) is the eldest son of Sardar Ahmad Ali and hails from an old and landed family of Kasur. He served as the 18th Foreign Minister of Pakistan from 1993 to 1996. After the death of his father Sardar Aseff became the head of the family and Chief of the Arain tribe or community. Background Sardar Aseff’s father Sardar Ahmad Ali was major land owner of the central Punjab having over 12000 Acres of land before partition.
