Arturo El Negro Durazo Moreno (Cumpas Sonora México 1924 – Acapulco Guerrero Mexico 5 August 2000) was the Chief of Police in Mexico City for six years from 1976 to 1982. He was arrested in 1984 and incarcerated on multiple counts of corruption extortion tax evasion smuggling and possession of illegal weapons and cocaine trade kickbacks.
