Arturo Antonio Szymanski Ramírez (born January 17 1922) is a Mexican prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.Symanski was born in Tampico and ordained a priest on March 22 1947 . Symanski was appointed Coadjutor Bishop of the Diocese of San Andrés Tuxtla as well as titular bishop of Cerasus on April 20 1960 and was ordained bishop on June 21 1960. Symanski succeeded bishop Jesús Villareal y Fierro a short time after his death on March 21 1965 to the Diocese of San Andrés Tuxtla.
