Artur Dilman (Kazakh: Артур Дильман; born August 29 1990 in Almaty) is a Kazakhstani swimmer who specialized in freestyle and individual medley events. He is a multiple-time national record holder and a five-time medalist for the freestyle medley and relay swimming events at the Asian Indoor Games (2007 in Macau China and 2009 in Hanoi Vietnam).
