Arthur J. Tarnow (born 1942) is a Senior United States District Court judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.Born in Detroit Michigan Tarnow received a B.A. from Wayne State University in 1963 and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1965. He was a law clerk to John Fitzgerald Louis McGregor and Timothy Quinn of the Michigan Court of Appeals in 1967. He was a Lecturer at the University of Papua New Guinea from 1967 to 1968.
