Arthur Chesney (1882 – 27 August 1949) was a British actor.He was born Arthur Kellaway in 1882 in London England he was the brother of the actor Edmund Gwenn the cousin of the actor Cecil Kellaway and the father of the activist Ann Dummett. He died on 27 August 1949 following a massive stroke in London aged 66.
