The City of Hope Stakes (also known as the Arroyo Seco Mile Stakes as well as theOak Tree Breeders’ Cup Mile Stakes[1996]) is a Thoroughbred horse race run at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia California during the annual Oak Tree Racing Association meet. A Grade II stakes raced on turf it is open to horses age three and up willing to race one mile.
