Armand Julie Beauvais (September 6 1783 – November 18 1843) was a Justice of the Peace a Member of the Louisiana House of Representatives Speaker of the Louisiana House of Representatives President of the Louisiana Senate and the seventh Governor of Louisiana.He was born September 6 1783 in Pointe Coupee Parish Louisiana. He was serving as President of the Louisiana Senate to which he had been elected as a Whig when Governor Pierre Derbigny was killed.
