Archworth (born 1936) was a thoroughbred horse owned by Globe and Mail publisher George McCullagh won the 1939 King’s Plate and the 1939 Prince of Wales Plate and the 1939 Breeders’ Stakes. Archworth was bred from Archipelago and Worthmore. These three great stakes races had not yet been designated as the Canadian Triple Crown.
