Judge Anthony Palmer is a justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia who lives in Victoria British Columbia Canada. In March 2007 he sentenced a 71-year-old man to 12 years in prison for having sexually abused his children more than thirty years prior. The following month he declined to give a prison sentence to a teen who had been driving in violation of his learner’s permit and who had thereby accidentally killed a pedestrian.
