Anthony H. Gioia (born 10 November 1942) was a United States State Department official and former United States Ambassador to Malta. Before becoming an ambassador Gioia served as the president of Gioia Macaroni Company and as Chairman of the National Pasta Association.Gioia has a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
