Andy Houts (June 23 1965 – February 26 1997) was a cartoon actor and character actor for U.S. television from 1992 to 1997. He was also a production assistant for The Simpsons during its second and third season. He also wrote for Rocko’s Modern Life and coordinated production for Rugrats. He died in 1997 of brain tumor before the new season began. The episode Radio Daze / Psycho Angelica is dedicated in his memory. He was a gifted comic.
