Andrew John Proud (born 27 March 1954) is the current area Bishop of Reading in the Church of England (Diocese of Oxford). He was formerly the Area Bishop for the Horn of Africa in the Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East (Diocese of Egypt).
