Andrew Phang Boon Leong (simplified Chinese: 潘文龙; traditional Chinese: 潘文龍; pinyin: Pān Wénlóng; born 1957) is a Singaporean judge in the Supreme Court. Born in Singapore in 1957 Phang received his Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Singapore (now the National University of Singapore) in 1982 before earning his Master of Laws and Doctor of Juridical Science from Harvard University in 1984 and 1988 respectively.
