Andrei Mihailov (born October 31 1980 in Tiraspol) is a retired Moldovan swimmer who specialized in backstroke events. He is a two-time Olympian (2000 and 2004) and a member of the Moldova Swimming Team.Mihailov made his official debut at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney where he competed in the men’s 200 m backstroke.
