Elections to the Parliament of Andalusia were held in Andalusia in Spain on 14 March 2004 concurrently with the nationwide general election celebrated on the same day. The elections were for all 109 seats of the Andalusian Parliament determining the President of the Andalusia autonomous community.Incumbent Socialist Manuel Chaves González was re-elected with a clear absolute majority and was thus invested for the fifth time as President of Andalusia.
