Amplang is a traditional fish snack served in Samarinda Indonesia and enjoyed popularity throughout East Kalimantan North Kalimantan and the east coast of Sabah Malaysia. Amplang crackers are made of spanish mackerel mixed with starch and other materials and then fried.
