Amara Asavananda (Thai: อมรา อัศวนนท์; RTGS: Amara Atsawanon born May 6 1936 in Bangkok Thailand) is 2nd Runner-up of Miss Thailand 1953. She is first daughter of Luang Prajerd-aksonlak (Sombhoj Asavananda) and Madam Prajerd-aksonlak (Georgette Asavananda). She is French Thai her father is Thai and her mother is French.
