Alhaji Alpha Osman Timbo (born on April 27 1961 [1]) is a Sierra Leonean politician educational lecturer and trade unionist [2]. He was Sierra Leone Minister of Labour and Industrial Relations from 2001-2002 under president Ahmad Tejan Kabbah [3][4]. He unsuccessfully ran for the presidential candidate of the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) ahead of the 2012 Sierra Leone presidential elections.
