The Alliance for Barangay Concerns (abbreviated ABC) is a political party in the Philippines. It is accredited by the Commission on Elections as a party-list group. The ABC is headed by its national party chairman James Marty Lim the former national president of the Liga ng mga Barangay.In the 2007 elections the ABC received 0.63 percent of the party-list vote as of June 4 2007 placing it in 43rd place in the overall party-list count.
