Marbley (born September 19 1954) is a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.Born in Morehead City North Carolina Marbley received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1976 and a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law in 1979. He was in private practice of law in Chicago Illinois from 1979 to 1980. He was an Assistant regional attorney of the U.S.
