Alex Kerr (born 13 November 1880) was an Australian rules footballer who played with South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL).Kerr known by his nickname of Bubs was a rover recruited from Metropolitan Junior Football Association side Port Rovers.A knee injury brought an early end to his debut season and kept him out of action for over a year until he came back into the team late in the 1907 VFL season.
