Alex Browne (born 9 August 1992) is an Australian rules footballer currently playing for the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Browne originally played for the Oakleigh Chargers in the TAC Cup before he was drafted by Essendon in the 2010 AFL Draft at pick number 48. He made his debut against Melbourne at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Round 11 2011 as the substitute player.
