Alessio di Mauro (born August 9 1977 in Syracuse) is an Italian professional tennis player. In Buenos Aires he reached his first final of his career where Argentine Juan Mónaco defeated him 6–1 6–2; on February 26 2007. Propelled by this run the left-hander reached his career high ranking of No. 68 in the world.
